- Physical products may be refunded if returned within 14 days of receipt in their original, unused, and undamaged condition.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Refunds for defective or incorrect items will include the original shipping cost.
- Personal Training & Group Classes: Refunds are not available once services have commenced.
- Online Fitness Programs: A 7-day free trial is included. Refunds are not issued after the trial period unless technical issues prevent program access.
- Refunds are not available for digital goods (e-books, guides, or downloads) once they have been accessed or delivered.
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Customised or personalised services.
- Used, damaged, or altered products.
- Online subscriptions or digital content after the trial period.
