Refund Policy

At Ash The Health Coach Ltd., we are committed to providing high-quality products and services. This Refund Policy outlines when refunds may be issued and how requests are handled.

1. General Refund Policy

We provide the following services and products:

- Personal training, group classes, and online fitness programs

- Recovery tools, wearables, fitness equipment, and related products

All services are provided as-is and may be subject to availability, updates, and changes. Results are not guaranteed and vary between individuals.

2. Refund Eligibility

Products:

- Physical products may be refunded if returned within 14 days of receipt.

- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect

- Approved refunds will include the original purchase price (and shipping only if the item was faulty)

Services:

Personal Training & Group Training

- All personal training and group training services are non-refundable once the programme has commenced

- Cancelling a programme does not entitle you to a refund

- Any remaining time will be handled in line with our Personal Training Cancellation Policy (see Terms & Conditions), including conversion to online coaching where applicable

- Failure to attend or use sessions does not qualify for a refund

Online Fitness Programmes:

- A 7-day trial period is provided (where applicable)

- You may cancel within this period to avoid being charged

- After the trial period, no refunds will be issued unless a verified technical issue prevents access.

Digital Products (e.g. guides, downloads)

- Non-refundable once accessed, downloaded, or delivered

3. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds for services will only be considered in exceptional cases, such as:

- Serious medical conditions preventing participation

All requests must:

- Be supported with appropriate documentation (e.g. medical evidence)

- Be submitted in writing

Approval is at the sole discretion of Ash The Health Coach Ltd.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

- Personal training sessions after programme start

- Unused or missed sessions

- Customised or personalised services

- Digital content after access

- Subscription payments already processed

5. Refund Process

Step 1: Submit Request

- Your full name and order details

- Proof of purchase

- Reason for request

Step 2: Return Authorisation (Products Only)

If eligible, we will provide return instructions.

Step 3: Processing

Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after approval

Product refunds are issued after inspection of returned items

Step 4: Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Alternative methods may be arranged where necessary.

6. Additional Conditions

Promotions & Discounts

- Refunds are based on the amount actually paid, including any discounts applied.

Shipping Costs

- Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty

- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise

Subscriptions

- No refunds are provided for unused time or partial billing periods, unless explicitly stated.
