Welcome to Ash The Health Coach Ltd. ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our services, website, or purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Offered
We provide the following services and products:
- Personal training (1:1), group training, and online coaching programs
- Sales of recovery tools, wearables, fitness equipment, and trainers
All services are subject to availability and may be updated or modified at any time.
Results are not guaranteed and will vary between individuals.
2. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Complete a PAR-Q (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire) and disclose any relevant health conditions
- Be physically able to participate in exercise without unmanaged chronic pain
By signing up, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you take full responsibility for your participation
3. Payment and Refunds
- Full payment (or agreed instalments) is required before services begin
- Online programs offer a 7-day free trial/refund (if applicable), after which you will be charged unless cancelled
- Physical products can be returned within 14 days if unused (excluding shipping)
- Guarantees like “Lose 10 pounds in 30 days” and “Guaranteed visible results in 3 months” are contingent on full adherence to the provided plans and guidelines
Personal Training Services:
- All PT purchases are non-refundable
- Sessions are non-transferable
- Refunds are issued only at our discretion in exceptional circumstances
- Medical exceptions may be considered with valid documentation
4. Programme Commitment
By enrolling in a 12-week (or fixed-term) programme:
- You are committing to the full programme duration and cost
- Payment obligations remain even if you stop attending
5. Personal Training Cancellation & Pause Policy
5.1 - Programme Cancellation (Fixed-Term Programmes)
- Once a programme has started, it cannot be cancelled without financial obligation
- If you choose to stop early, the remaining term will be converted to online coaching at £144 per month for each remaining month
- No refunds will be issued for unused sessions
5.2 - Pausing Your Programme
- Programmes may be paused for up to 2 weeks at no extra cost after full payment has been completed
- After this period, sessions must be used within the original programme duration plus any grace period
- Extended pauses require approval and medical evidence
5.3 - Session Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Minimum 12 hours’ notice required to reschedule
- Less than 12 hours = session lost
- Maximum 4 reschedules per month
- All rescheduling is subject to availability
6. Session Expiry
- Sessions must be used within the programme duration plus 2 additional weeks
- Unused sessions after this period are forfeited
- No refunds or extensions unless agreed in writing
7. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Follow your training, nutrition, and recovery plans consistently
- Provide accurate health information
- Inform us of injuries or medical conditions
- Wear appropriate clothing and footwear
- Follow coaching instructions
Results depend on your effort, consistency, and lifestyle choices outside of sessions.
8. Assumption of Risk
By participating, you acknowledge:
- Exercise carries inherent risks (injury, strain, etc.)
- You participate at your own risk
- You should seek medical advice before starting
- You waive liability against Ash The Health Coach Ltd. for any injuries or damages sustained
9. Intellectual Property
All content (programmes, videos, materials, branding) belongs to Ash The Health Coach Ltd.
You may not:
- Copy, distribute, or resell content
- Use branding without permission
10. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate services if you:
- Violate these terms
- Behave abusively or inappropriately
- Provide false information
- No refunds will be issued in these cases
11. Privacy
Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy:

12. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Injuries or health complications
- Service interruptions
- Indirect or consequential losses
Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
14. Amendments
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated Terms.
